In the upper Arno valley - called Casentino - is this country house built almost 100 years ago from local natural stone. It is in an absolutely quiet location (500 m.a.s.l.) surrounded by chestnut woods (own chestnuts). From here you can enjoy the view over the green landscape to the striking rock of the abbey La Verna of St. Francis.

The building extends over two floors.
One enters the ground floor and finds oneself in an entrance room with a fireplace, straight ahead down two steps into a fully equipped kitchen, to the right into a living room with access to a bathroom with tub and an anteroom with a washing machine, a wooden interior staircase to the upper floor and to the left into a large bedroom.
