The House
The house has been beautifully restored with great elegance, retaining the unique materials of the Conero area: the exterior facade is built with the typical Pietra Bianca del Conero – White Conero Stone – while for the interiors they used original cotto tiles and wood beams painted white, to give all the rooms a light and elegant look, typical of luxury villas by the sea.
The house develops on 2 floors, divided as follows:

Ground Floor:
All the rooms on the ground floor feature french windows connecting the external and internal areas, to facilitate the movements from inside to outside and vice versa and enjoy all the areas of the spacious garden.
At the same time, the big french windows, together with normal windows, give the interiors plenty of light that, reflecting on the white walls and beams, give all the rooms an exquisite and fresh look.
The kitchen is spacious, with big central island and stone fireplace.
It enjoys 2 large french windows connecting both to the main and back garden.
The kitchen is directly connected to the dining room, where you can enjoy dinners with all your friends and sit in front of the fireplace, talking about art or economy, while enjoying a good glass of Rosso Conero wine.
The dining room is connected to the main front garden via a french window; another french window, placed on the opposite side, leads you out to the pergola, where you can enjoy al-fresco dinners in the summer.

The Land
The villa is surrounded by a big plot of land: about 2.500 sq.m. are fully fenced and used as a proper garden.
In addition to this there are 59 hectares land, mainly wood as we are on top of Monte Conero.
Being this land inside the Conero Park, building new constructions is not allowed, which is a guarantee of privacy and unspoilt views all life long.
Moreover, although the 59 ha are private property, it is the Parco del Conero body to take care of the maintenance of the woods.
A few meters from the house, in the garden area, a 4×12 metres pool is placed.
The swimming pool enjoys unique shaped roman steps to get into the water and also a Jacuzzi system.
Being a bit detached from the villa, it will allow to enjoy pool parties, without disturbing people relaxing or sleeping in the villa.

The Location
